Pair a Device

The Pair a Device feature allows Sales Representatives to securely connect their mobile devices with the system for real-time shopping cart synchronization.

1. Generate QR Code

Click on Pair a Device from the Command Center. A unique QR Code will be generated and displayed on the screen.

Important: The QR Code is session-based and should be scanned immediately.

2. Sales Representative Scans QR Code

The Sales Representative opens the mobile application and scans the displayed QR Code to complete pairing.

  • Each device is linked to a specific sales representative.
  • Pairing is secure and unique per session.
  • Multiple representatives can pair their devices separately.

3. Shopping Cart Synchronization

Once paired, the system automatically syncs customer shopping carts with the representative's mobile device.

  • Products added via mobile reflect in the main system instantly.
  • Admin can track which representative added specific products.
  • Customer-specific cart activity is fully traceable.
Note: Each cart is mapped to both the customer and the assigned Sales Representative.

Administrative Control & Monitoring

Full Visibility:
Admin can identify which Sales Representative added which product to which customer’s cart.
Device Not Pairing?
Refresh the QR Code and ensure the mobile app is updated to the latest version.
